Charm Rewards — Loyalty Program

What is Charm Rewards?

Charm Rewards is our free loyalty program. You earn points on every order, unlock higher tiers as you shop, and redeem your points for money-off coupons. Joining is automatic — just create an account.

How do I earn points?

You earn points on the value of your order, and the rate grows with your tier:

TierAnnual spendPoints per $1
Bronze Free to join 5
Silver $250+ 6.25
Gold $500+ 7.5

Points are credited once your order is marked completed.

How are my points calculated?

Points are based on the value of your items, before tax and after any coupons or discounts, multiplied by your tier rate. For example, a $100 order with a Silver account earns 625 points.

What are the tiers and their perks?

Your tier is based on your spend over the last 12 months, and it unlocks more rewards as you go:

TierAnnual spendPerks
Bronze Free to join Review & profile bonuses, 500 points birthday reward
Silver $250+ Review & profile bonuses, Early access to seasonal collections & pop-up sales, 750 points birthday reward
Gold $500+ Review & profile bonuses, Early access to seasonal collections & pop-up sales, Free shipping on orders over $50, Annual VIP-only exclusive discount code, 1,000 points birthday reward
Are there other ways to earn points?
  • Write a review — earn 100 points when your product review is approved.
  • Add a child to your profile — earn 100 points the first time you add a child's details.
  • Child's birthday reward — earn 500–1,000 points (depending on your tier) during your child's birthday month, once per year. The birthday must be on file at least 30 days in advance.
Do my points expire?

Yes. Points expire 12 months after the date they were earned, so be sure to redeem them before they lapse.

How do I redeem my points?

The value is simple: 100 points = $1. Choose a reward in your account and we'll create a one-time coupon code you can apply at checkout:

  • 500 points → $5 off (minimum purchase $49)
  • 1,000 points → $10 off (minimum purchase $65)
  • 1,500 points → $15 off (minimum purchase $79)

Redeemed coupons are single-use and can be found under Your redeemed coupons.

Where can I see my points and rewards?

Go to My Account → Rewards. There you'll see your current points balance, your tier and progress to the next tier, your perks, and everything you've redeemed.

Referral Program — Give $10, Get $10

How does the referral program work?

Invite friends with your personal referral link. Your friend gets $10 off their first order, and once their qualifying order is placed you earn 1,000 points (a $10 value) in Charm Rewards.

What does my friend get?

A $10 discount on their first order when they spend at least $69 (before tax). The discount is applied automatically when they shop through your link.

What do I get?

You earn 1,000 Charm Rewards points — the same as $10 in rewards value. Points are added to your balance once your friend's order meets the minimum spend and reaches Processing or Completed.

Where do I find my referral link?

Go to My Account → Refer a Friend. Your unique link is ready to copy and share by email, text, or social media.

How long does the referral link stay active?

When someone clicks your link, we remember your referral for 30 days. If they create an account and order within that window, you get the credit.

Can I use my own referral code?

No. Self-referrals aren't allowed, so you can't use your own code or link on your own order.

What if my friend cancels or returns the order?

Referral rewards are tied to a completed qualifying order. If the order is cancelled, or returns bring the order value below $69, the referral points are adjusted (clawed back) in proportion to the value removed.
